Shoop Da Whoop, also known as the Perry Floor, is a Watch floor where Perry, outside the elevator, fires a huge laser into the elevator. Before the laser is shot, a sound effect (I'm Firin' Mah Lazer) plays.

This is one of the 3 floors where Perry the Platypus appears (the other 2 - Credit 2.0 and Giant Tsunami)
This floor is considered one of the most dangerous for floor farm as it blocks the center
This floor has a version of "Bill Cipher", which differs in that Bill cipher appears in the center instead of Perry the platypus. Probably, only Milo can run this version.
