Parkour is an Interact floor where players do parkour on buildings. Just make sure to be careful and do not fall from the buildings, otherwise you will be teleported back to the elevator. Also, try not to go out of bounds otherwise you are greeted by Baldi.
Fun Fact: This is not possible to do backwards without a red balloon.
