Huggy Wuggy is an NPC in the luxury elevator that spawns in both of the killer NPC floors ( Nothing and Dark Forest) and the outside area Abandoned Lobby.
This character is a character from the game Poppy Playtime
Fun fact: They are one of three NPCS in the luxury elevator to have a jumpscare (Not including in floor jumpscares like the one in the stair. The other two being Baldi and evil Milo Murphy (NPC) in The Mineshaft.
