The Restricted Area is located on the first floor of the lobby.
Only the people that have Phineas and Ferb rank or higher can access it. Inside there is a table and an weapon that shoots chairs. The shutdown button is also here, but even if pressed, only people that have Phineas and Ferb rank or higher will actually activate the countdown.
