Floor 5000 is a badge obtained by reaching the 5000th floor in the elevator. You only get the badge if you are in the elevator at the time of reaching the number.
The subtitle of the badge is: "Height is not enough? The elevator has reached floor 5,000. This badge only awarded when you reached current milestone."
